Ashley Seelig, with support from her fiancé and parents, created the Fog Bar & Cafe in 2012 in the former site of Rock City Coffee. The American bistro, a local favorite, offers a creative and ever-changing menu focusing on seasonal flavors and frequently changing cocktail, wine and beer lists.

A graduate of Cooper Union, with a degree in visual arts, Ashley has ten years of front-of-the-house experience with several Manhattan restaurants. She returned to Maine after time in New York thinking that she would forever regret not taking the opportunity to do something with the space vacated by Rock City Coffee.
